Have a LOVELY Easter! I'm planning about the same thing you are! I still must shop for some Easter basket goodies...and I decided to have Ham...asparagus.....cole-slaw...and not sure what else yet...plus cheesecake! Hope the bunny brings you some good treats! :-)

Sounds as if your house is the place to be! Since they will only be the two of us it will be quiet. Maybe a ham for hubby. I miss dyeing and hiding Easter eggs for kids but even my grandkids are too old for that!

Goodness, where have I been? I've missed some of your posts! I really like E J Taylor's work and Ulla's jewellery.

This weekend, as the weather will be lovely here in England, I will be clearing out a shed, gardening and visiting a flea market - as well as enjoying good food and company!

Have a wonderful Easter!

Wishing you a blessed Easter. No special preparations going on here. Going to BBQ with my brother and his wife and a few friends. April 8th is also our 29th wedding anniversary. I am happy and joyful that we have shared 29 years together.

Well, we've colored the eggs and set the table in the dining room. The menu is written out and food is 1/3 prepared...What to wear is a problem because the temps dropped drastically!
Sunday a.m. worship by all means! Saturday egg hunt.
Potluck at Shabby's on friday...that should be about it! Happy Easter :)

Thanks for stopping by and saying hello. You're my first visitor from S. Africa :)
We visited family (our 3 kids and their families) last week, so Easter will be quiet, with just the two of us. I was hoping to do some gardening but the forecast is for snow and cold temps...so looks like I'll be spending some time blogging :)
I hope you have a lovely Easter.

Hubby has to work, so it will be quiet. Since it is going to be very cold too, it will be an unusual one for us.
Happy Easter to you and your family.

Hi,
Thanks for stopping by to say Hi. I don't think I have met any blogging friends from S. Africa.
We're going to a family celebration at my Dad's for Easter. There will be about 40 people there.
Stop by and visit anytime!
:)

I love this art, and the gnomes! We're going to have chocolate and hidden surprises this weekend, and perhaps a happy hour or two with our little niece as she makes her rounds to the family visits!

Many thanks for the easter wishes, and the double back to you. Best of luck with the wrapping and cooking!

Hi Gypsy!
this Sunday: fish restaurant with my family, in front of Mediterranean!
(and just before, finding eggs in the garden!)

I wish you a great and blessed Easter, too

friendly thought of France,
Nell

Oh how I have enjoyed your blog. I will be back often. What precious finds and words and pictures.
We are going to be dying eggs tomorrow evening. Making Bunny cupcakes Saturday night. We will have gifts and cards with breakfast on Sunday morning just before church.

Easter afternoon we will go to my brother's for a family dinner.

After a wonderfull warm week, it turned cold and even snowed a bit. No lovely clothes for Easter day. It will be too cold! Warm sweaters instead...

But the day will be warm in our hearts!

Have a special holiday!

Hugs,
Sue

A blissful Easter to you!

In the Netherlands we eat a special Easter bread, so that is what I'll bake this weekend. The decorating is finished and as we are going to have dinner in a restaurant on Easter day, there's not a lot of cooking to do. The weather will hopefully be good, so lots of gardening will be done.
