Ala Gypsy: Where`s my baby girl......

Where is she and what did you do with her!!!!!

You should have seen me this weekend.......not at all what I expected

My baby girl went on her first big date........all flutters, excitement, lovely dress, lovely hair, pretty face.....and she was ready to go.........but Mommy and Daddy was NOT.........

What is this lump in my throat, why are we both so emotional....is this ever going to change.....I look at my eldest daughter who is going to become a mommy herself this year and I still want to "keep" her......

What treasures they are........what blessings......and while I am crying a bit, I am so thankful for all the joy and great memories...........but I still want my baby back.....

Today I`m going to get a bit personal....I`m posting a picture of Megan ready for her date this weekend at Zander`s parents home and the 3 of us girls at Ingre`s wedding

Hello ~ I just wanted to say that both your 'baby girls' are beautiful.
I don't have a daughter but feel the same about watching my 14 year son get more independant every year, and recall the words of my Mum.
It feels like yesterday when he was a wee little babba.
I'm off now to have a look at your interview on Madame Butterfly.

Well you should be very proud. They both are beautiful happy girls. My children are grown. It goes so quickly. Now I am enjoying grandchildren which you will find is a true delight.

I am finally back. Your girls and you are lovely. And your baby!! Wah! My momm and I spent the evening crying too, about how I grew up too fast and we miss eachother etc. etc. Even though we are only 2 hours apart, in a busy life, that can be far....I am so glad you adore your girls as my mum adores us!!

It's so nice to see a picture of you and your family. You are all just beautiful. Doesn't it seem like they grow up so fast. You are so very lucky.

Oooooo my heart goes out to you. It is the same with sons, of which I have two. My youngest, his precious wife, and two beautiful little girls live very near by. He's a man now, but my mother's heart so longs to hold him in my arms, on my lap, singing from my heart to his, just one more time. Now I'm crying! You and your daughters are absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.

Oh! I've missed reading your posts! What lovely girls - so sweet and beautiful! It goes by way too fast - I can hardly believe Adam is already in High School and will be leaving us in a little over 3 years. Sigh.
