THESE WERE FABULOUS:
Di from Designers` Block featured these photographs that look like beautiful paintings by Michael Gilberg They are stunning and there's even more here.
Beachy from Beachys Cape Cod Cupboard shared with us her love affair with old lace! She introduced us to her "lace bible" of sorts...... "Twentieth Century Linens and Lace" by Schiffer Books.
Carol from Raised in Cotton shared with us their preparations for their Spring Open House this week....lovely

Florizel featured The Tailor of Gloucester (1903), by Beatrix Potter and sent us to the Victoria and Albert Museum...to read about the time of swords and periwigs and full skirted coats with flowered lappets - when gentlemen wore ruffles and gold-laced waistcoats of paduasory and taffeta - there lived a tailor in Gloucester.....
THESE MADE ME LAUGH:
- Annie and her red Russian dot.....(Land of Mystery)
- Corey the slugs killer.........(Lessons from the Garden)
- Maryam the deviant.......(Marrakesh: Is it real? Or is it Memorex?)
- Laura...who truly deserves a prize...4 posts, without talking about food...the impossible is possible (Time to eat healthy!!)
- Lilia the sucker for Pyrex.......(April 26)
- Vanessa...incognito.....(Incognito & melancholy)
- Casapinka and her "Style Statement".......(Style Statement)

So pretty :)
Hello Chamara! I just enjoyed all the cool photos you posted above, discovered some nice new blogs courtesy of you :-) and smiled at your mention of Corey's post for today (I so enjoyed that one too as it brought many memories back. Isn't she a born storyteller? :-)... but your lovely and thoughtful welcome back note was truly the cherry on the cake. Thank you so much! I missed you all too. Blessings,
