Look what they made: Another fabulous recipe book.....
As you know I`m looking for creative inspiration for my recipe books....here is another fabulous one I loved.....this one is by Linda Duke....she says.." My altered project took me two days to make, but worth every minute....... I made my flowers by cutting thin chipboard, then patterned card stock with Spellbinders Wizard, and glued them together.....with a pen, I doodled around the edges....although all of the pages look different, they were all made the same way, with the same products...... I just changed the colors and images on each page......the chipboard was painted with acrylic pant, then covered with Glossy Accents, and sprinkled with glitter.......

Creative Find: Pam Garrison
I journal........yes, I`m a constant journaller.....I have a spiritual journal, a motivational journal, a daily memorykeeper, creative journals and one just for capturing my thoughts....I have a small journal in my handbag, one next to my bed, one in my office and several others for specific subjects......always been doing it and always will........in particular I love creative journalling and the one person that has been this Gypsy`s inspiration for the last few years is none other than the fabulous Pam Garrison......this is some of her journal pages. Pam, thanks for always inspiring me and always challenging me to be creative while putting my very bohemian thoughts down on paper....it does look better in color....at least I`m trying......

Fabric Find: Beautiful antique fabrics and sample books
I love decorating in white and creams......with a touch of blue; tan or red....I`m also in love with distressed furniture and old world magic.....and then I love, love, love colour, antique fabrics, rich patterns and painted furniture......yes I know........ but that`s me...... the french gypsy......maybe in my bloodline there was a bit of royalty as well??

I just had to share this fabulous posts from Trouvais with you. Look at this antique fabrics and the lovely patterns....and I just can`t get enough of these pattern and sample books......
Some more sample books by Trouvais.......

Trouvais also introduces us to the beautiful and interesting post of Habitually Chic. While in Paris, Habitually Chic had a rare treat. After stopping by the Pierre Frey showroom on the Rue du Mail, they walked over to the headquarters to see their archives. They were surprised to learn that the Pierre Frey archive doesn't just contain Pierre Frey fabrics, but fabrics that they have collected from all periods and styles so that they have a reference when creating new fabrics and collections........
